Code Of Conduct
The following is a code of conduct we expect our members to follow so that our team home field and the sport its self are viewed in a positive manor.
1) Follow the basic saftey rules of the sport for your saftey as well as everyone elses saftey
2) Conduct your self in a good sportsman manor ie no cheating, no over shooting etc.
3) No harrassing other players, spectators or field staff in anyway.
4) No verbal or visual slurs of racial sexual or religious nature etc.
5) When you have an issue with another player or field official talk it over with them in private if a sulotion to the problem can't be reached then bring the matter to the attention of a higher authority
6) Everyone is entitled to their own opinion if you are discussing a player, team or field in a negative way with someone make sure you let them know it is just your oppinion. If said entity is partisipating in practices that are unsafe for other players or detremental to the sport in general be sure you have the facts right before accusing and broadcasting it around. One false accusation can leave a lasting mark against them. You can do a hundred good things but be accused of one bad thing and nobody remembers the good ones they just remember the one bad one even after it's proven false.
If a member breaks the code of conduct the infraction will be discussed at a team meeting and a vote will be held as to what action will be taken. There are three actions that can be taken, 1) Captain discusses the problem with the member, 2) member is put on probation or 3) members membership is revoked.
